Loop Pad v.1.0 is made with love by beatmakers for beatmakers. You can interact with the sounds in three ways: with the mouse, with the keyboard, or with touch on mobile phones and tablets. You can download the app for iOS, and all sound packs are available on the iOS version of the app.
Just tap the pad buttons to start looping. All the loops are in sync, so feel free to experiment. Loop Pad online has its own unique concept: all loops are synced from the start, so you don't have to wait for sync when switching loops. This can lead to some pretty interesting results when mixing loops. Another difference between the iOS and web versions is that you can enable all loops, so you're not limited to just one loop at a time. You can try both versions and see which one you like best! There's also a recording feature that lets you save your jams in WebM format. We have a few FX buttons, including one that mutes your arrangement and a few other effects. Give them a try!
The Loop Pad app has already set up a mapping between the keyboard keys and the sound buttons. If you have any issues, try switching the language to US. 1234 keys for the drums, QWER keys for the bass, ASDF keys for the percussion, and ZXCV keys for the chords. 5678 keys for the lead.
